Looks like dgindex is planning to support DTS in transport stream. Here is some informations I collected, hope it helps.
1. tsreader support page

Check the section "What's are the "Defacto" and "ETSI" radio buttons on the record dialog for?"
2. VLC support for DTS audio in MPEG TS (ETSI TS 102 154 Annex G) , Here is the document:

Except the different stream_type field and descriptor combination in PMT, the PES packets which wrap the DTS Audio still use stream_id 0xBD.
