So if I want to use aq option, I just need to add:

--aq tcplx 8

to the command line, right?

To be exact:
--aq-tcplx 8

pengvado's AQ:
--aq-tcplx <int> Increase QP in MBs that won't be used for inter prediction [0]

Haali's AQ:
--aq-strength <float> Amount to adjust QP per MB [0.0]
0.0: no AQ
1.1: strong AQ
--aq-sensitivity <float> "Flatness" threshold to trigger AQ [15.0]
5: applies to almost all blocks
22: only flat blocks
