Here is what im trying to do, I have a 1280x720x23.97 AC3 video I want to take that video and make it 320x240x30fps with the same aspect ration, and mp3 sound (player wont do ac3) 192x44
what are the best programs to do this with. I read the guide on xvid encoding but it doesnt say how to resize, i think thats the best way and use besweet to rencode the audio...
Im just looking for a way to make reliable videos to put on my PMP, i tried using ultra avi converter and it did not work. I want ot keep xvid since it would be the fastest.
