Mencoder PSP Commandline

I'm sure some of you use mencoder and faac to convert video files into something the Sony PSP can work with.

I didn't find anything using the search function and I thought, maybe someone could give me a quick commandline he/she usually uses to encode using mencoder/ffmpeg

If you use the patched mobile hacker version of ffmpeg you can use directly the -f psp switch. You can download the binaries with the 3gp converter http://www.nurs.or.jp/~calcium/3gpp/.
