Add new audio stream without extra remuxing all streams?

I wonder if already exist some way to add one or more new audio streams without extra all streams (audio/video/subtittels) to remuxing?

Maybe Voblanker can make this job already?

Mhhh...

If I understand the question, I would say no...

VobBlanker have a replace function, working perfectly, but it need to start from properly authored replacing VOB(s), so the remuxing process is always necessary.

In general the individual packets in a given muxed cell, are interleaved with relative timing relationships (SCR, PTS) preventing the possibility of introducing "transparently" additional packets coming from an external source (some external new asset).

Specifically, different audio streams may have same values concerning the PTS timing, but SCR (the basic System Clock Reference, exactely used in order to ensure the overall timing coherence among the different packets) should be different. Introducing a new audio stream into an already muxed a/v content would imply to change the SCR for all of the packets... Much easier to redo the muxing from scratch...

Maybe there are others, but at least for this reason, IMHO, the remuxing from the component streams is always necessary when adding a new asset to a title...
