I've noticed a few small bugs in the way the PS2.0 resizers work in MPC 6.4.9.0. It looks like they only occur when the screen is stretched horizontally only. Here's an example:

This was created by making a checkerboard pattern at 704x480, then resizing it down to 640x480 (my standard method). The vertical stripes are normal, but there are two additional artifacts:
* The first 12 pixels at the top of the frame are different from the rest. This manifests itself in normal movies as a duplication of every other line, as though it was deinterlaced improperly.
* The lower right corner has one small line which does the same thing (replicating the line above it) I hadn't noticed this until I made the test pattern, but I can see it in normal movies now that I know what it is.
Both problems disappear with any vertical resizing. My test clip is here (http://omion.dyndns.org/other/check_4-3.rar) (Matroska, FFV1 codec. 191KB -> 14KB RAR)
