Does anybody know how to find out from the file header (or otherwise) how to determine all the keyframes in an xvid file? Ideally, if that could then be written to a text file that would be sweet!!!

I believe that MPEG4Modifier will do what you want. It may be on the "2nd page" after clicking "Video Info" but I believe it is called "Write frame list". This is OTTOMH. :)
