It's been awhile now that DivX has offered hw-accelerated post processing on ATI cards. Does DivX 6 offer anything beyond what DivX 5 had? For instance, with the newer X1000-series cards, is there hw-accel of the regular processing, i.e., not merely the optional post-processing?
ATI advertises these cards as offering "hw-accel MPEG4 and h.264 playback" but it appears that they're only referring to the *post* processing capability with DivX (which all their cards since the 9500 support) and to the separate for-purchase Cyberlink h.264 decoder. grrr. Hopefully there's more???
