Is there a VP6 or VP7 CLI that input AVS and output AVI?
If not, could on2 release one?

VFW is a pain to use...

Yes, we do have a CLI encoder and I believe the latest version does support .avs input, but it is not part of our free for personal use offering.

As stated elsewhere, I cannot comment on our future plans :(
