Combining 2 DVDs onto 1 DL

hi there,

i have 2 DVDs that i want to combine onto a single DL disc. both dics have chapters but no menus

i know how to combine them using DVD Shrink but i dont want seperate titles for the discs, and i also want to preserve the chapters

any help would be great! thanks

EDIT: both discs also have subs, which i want to keep
