Hi!

I'd suggest you do a "Search" of these forums and a Googlesearch for "NTSC to PAL" (there are plenty of postings)...

Why didn't Telecide/Decimate work?

You saved your Project File with "Honor Pulldown Flags" set, IVTC'd using Decomb, and what happened?

Once you get it IVTC'd, then you can worry about the conversion to PAL. There are 2 ways now. One is to resize to PAL resolution and add AssumeFPS(25) to the .avs and also speed up the audio. The other is to resize to PAL resolution, keep it at 23.976fps, and then run DGPulldown afterwards for 23.976->25fps. One major advantage of that method is that you can use the original audio.

But it depends on you successfully IVTCing it.

Is this an authoring question?
