IFOEdit Error Message While Multiplexing

I was trying to multiplex a video file, audio ac3 file and 2
subtitle files using IFOEdit and half way through the
multiplexing, I got the following error message:

INTERNAL ERROR: Additional data required but no free space in input buffer

It kept multiplexing and finished but when I verified the
output, there was no sound half way through the clip.

Is there any meaning to this message?
