DVD with live concert, how rip only some of the songs?

I have a three disc DVD with a live concert and i want to make a compilation of only a few of the songs. The DVD is not protected in any way. Is it possible to rip only selected songs (audio and video) and ,if possible, what is the best way to do that?

Many times, each song is a separate Chapter, so you can use a program such as DVD Decrypter or SmartRipper to rip individual Chapters...
