So I’m having some difficulty ripping a single chapter out of Star Wars Episode IV which seems to be a very odd DVD. I think my problem stems from the fact that I don’t fundamentally understand how multi-branching and multi-angle are related, especially with a DVD like this.
If you use DVD Decrypter to rip a single Angle out of a single chapter from the main PGC you end up with something that plays normally at first but then blanks out, skips and jumps around, it’s very odd. Is this because of multi-branching and/or multi-angle issues?
I have read the doom9 guide to vStrip and I’m not even certain I’m headed in the right direction here for a solution and would appreciate any insight anyone has on this topic.
