mpeg to mpeg using dvd2svcd

I have captured a few television shows in mpeg using Constant Bit Rate that conforms to mpeg standards. I realize that I could at this point burn them to DVD using a DVD authoring program. However I can only get and hour or so per DVD at the Bit Rate I used for capturing them. (Please don’t reply telling me to change it to VBR or reduce the bit rate) What I would like to do is have DVD2SVCD via D2SRoBa squeeze the living daylights out the Mpeg files. I know that I can convert AVI and PVA but is there any settings I can tweak to convert the Mpeg files to VBR Mpegs using DVD2SVCD?
