DVDAuthor+QuEnc

Hi all,
I tried use DVDAuthor for authoring from MPEG2 files, which I made with QuEnc.
1) When I give DVDAuthor files, directly prodused by QuEnc, DVDAuthor wrote many, many messages like:
WARN: Discountinuity in audio channel 8; please remultiplex input.
WARN: Previous sector: 0.500 - 0.500
WARN: Current sector: 0.578 - 0.578
...
...but produces folder with IFOs and VOBs.
2) But when I'm trying use "merged" files, DVDAuthor says:
WARN: Skipping sector, waiting for first VOBU...
WARN: Skipping sector, waiting for first VOBU...
WARN: Skipping sector, waiting for first VOBU...
...

I used different programs to merge QuEnc-based MPEG2 files: TMPGEnc and Womble MPEG-VCR. Results are same.
DVDAuthor: 0.6.9 (last stable version, which has win32 build on official site);
QuEnc: 0.61.
I want to use QuEnc because it compatible with AVISynth, my favorite video-editing program...
Maybe, anybode know, is this situation bug of DVDAuthor, bug of QuEnc or some format incompatibility?

Additional information:
1) In case 2, first warning is:
WARN: System header found, but PCI/DSI information is not where expected (make sure your system header is 18 bytes!)
then:
WARN: Skipping sector, waiting for first VOBU...
...
2) I compiled (under linux) latest alpha DVDAuthor sources (0.6.12-alpha-2992). Results are same.

I don't use QuEnc but when using DVDAuthor the usual approach is to use mplex to multiplex.

Yes, I know, DVDauthor author ;) recommends to use mjpeg-tools, but...
I want to use QuEnc because it compatible with AVISynth, my favorite video-editing program...

It doesn't stop you using QuEnc, if necessary you can demultiplex (I *think* bbtools will do this at the command-line) and then remux using mplex.

If possible, switch to MuxMan 0.15 though, it owns DVDAuthor's backside :)
