Neuros MPEG4 Recorder 2 (a rolling white line going across the screen)

I notice that while I'm recording with the Neuros MPEG4 Recorder 2, I get a rolling white line going across the screen every few seconds, or so. This is also obvious in the play back. Is there any way to get rid of it?
