hey,

i'm recently experiencing a strange problem when encoding a dvd with cce (cce2.5 & batchcce 0.9.1.5 beta).

cce just stops without giving an error.

in the four years i've been using cce 2.5 i've never had this problem.

anyone know what could be wrong?

thnx,

Lev

i for got to mention cce doesn't close or hangs

it just stops encoding but keeps all the normal screens open.. the frame counter just stands still..

in task manager i see cce still taking up 99% cpu load..

Can you think of anything that is now different? Is this file larger than before? Are you writing the new file to a different drive than before? (possibly not NTFS)

try doing it again with a minimum bitrate of like 2000 just to test.. also try reripping the source. and whatever you do.. kill the .vaf file it already made first.
