Could anyone help by telling me what the proper way is to resize(maintaining aspect ratio) avi video, when 720x480 is neither a 4:3 or 16:9 AR. How much correction is done by the DVD player? What mathematical formula should I use? TMPG does it automatically, but I would like to be able to use other encoders with my own AVS script.
