There are very many AviSynth creation tools around, which can help you for creation of an AviSynth script. MeGUI and StaxRip are both encoding frontends which include a script generator. You may also want to look at Rockas's SynthEditor. I haven't tried it, but I imagine that's probably a tool to do exactly what you need.
