Sorry! I know that DVDrebuilder halfs the picture and that is probaply why the subtitles looks squzeed but...
Is there anyway to manually fix this afterwards?

Funny how? On standard players I don't think that should be a problem because the Half-D1 picture is stretched to fit... I'll have to check it out.

They just look squeezed and pixilated compared to the same build done without the Half-D1 enabled...
I havent burned it yet only played it in PowerDVD.
I will burn it tomorrow and see if a standalone player fixes it.

i find pc playback of half d1 material does display correctly but is fine in a standalone

PC DVD Players don't do very well with subtitles; indeed they resize the subpicture while stand-alones don't. In your stand-alone they'll look fine.
