I recently re-encoded a DVD using dgindex and CCE
(Here are the steps that I did:
1. use dgindex to scan the DVD and produce d2v file
2. feed the script MPEG2Source("project.d2v", upConv=1) to CCE)
but "ghosting" occurs in the encoded file (I'm not sure if it's referred as "ghosting", but flashing occurs when zooming in/out)
I did cut out a segment and try to encode with CCE using this script:
DirectShowSource("Cyril.m2v", fps=29.97)
and the encoded file has no "ghosting"...
Here is the segment from original DVD (48 seconds, 53MB):

I've authored the encoded files into DVD (the first chapter is the dgindex -> CCE file, the second chapter is the directshowsource -> CCE file) (total 33MB):

P.S. The dgindex version I used is 1.46
P.S. "Ghosting" effect is more obvious playing on TV than in Computer
