23883 or 7135, which is better?

As far as i know, 7135 is the world most advance tuner, = compatible to world standard, i think i able to get Yuan TV Tuner card here, it is pretty low priced compare to others,

7135 = FUN TV 900
23883 = FUN TV 881

i think both are similiar priced,

i used to have 23883 chip, but now, i am not sure why it is not working, so i need to get a new one, i just research on these analog capture card, i am not sure which is better one,

7135 = has all the goodies, such as Dolby Pro Logic and so on,
23883 = 10bit ADC

but there are one special thing on 7135 is that there are 2 9bit ADC, and what i read on the forum, 713x is better than 878 (which is 9bit), i am not too sure which one to go,

is 7135 better than 23883, thanks in advance, FUN TV also bundled with Cyberlink PowerVCRII, hmm, i am wondering right now,

i think other famous analog card using 7135 are Asus, thanks, i am from Malaysia, don't have access to many brand,
