Movies with a different sample rate

I was trying to join two movies. But VDUBMOD told me that there was a different sample rate. So it was impossible. Is there anyone who can tell me what to do? What are the tools to use f.i. or can it be done with VDUBMOD self.

If it's two files made from one movie made at different bitrates, you'd likely have to re-encode. You'd be better off returning to the original source material i. e. purchased DVD.

Are your files Xvid?
For me MEncoder created files, that shown similar behavior. Look at the metadata of the file. GSpot shows it.
