Greetings, I have a Sony DVD handycam recorder and I have been trying (for the longest time) to figure out a way to get multiple 1.4 GB movies to a single 4.7 GB disc. And be able to view/play the movies....
Each disc, when "finalized" is its own directory and file structure. When I try to combine multiple "finalized" discs to the larger DVD I either overwrite the disk (same named files), or when I put each movie into its own directory and then copy the multiple directories to the larger disk I can only view/see the first directory or set of movies. Its like the other movie files are not there and I can not play them.
How can I combine multiple 1.4 DVD disks to a single 4.7 GB disk? Thanks for any info you can provide.

by naming them this way
VTS_01_1.vob
VTS_02_1.vob
VTS_03_1.vob

put them in video_ts directory

I've never seen a DVD with multiple directories, i mean the commercial ones
