Hello,

i'm trying to backup the Dukes of Hazzard Region 2 disc and Ihave the problem that the end result is missing the audio for all the extras, which are in VTS_01 and VTS_03, while the main movie (VTS_02) is working fine. I didnt uncheck the audio streams in RB before processing so I dont understand why they are missing in the end.

I'm using the latest RB version 1.08.1. Anybody got a clue what went wrong?

Thanks in advance,
Hage

Make sure you also don't have them:

1. Selected for removal during the rip.

2. Selected for removal as the default (in the SETUP menu).

1. cant be because the ripped version on my hdd still has the audio streams

2. nothing there either. the only thing i selected there is to remove DTS audio, but those arent DTS streams

I just noticed that the DVDRB just refers to these two streams as 'Audio_01 Unreferenced'. Could that be the problem?

Here's a picture of the Input Settings:

That means they had already been removed before it got to DVD Rebuilder -- either that or the IFO has been modified and the stream ID is wrong.

Hello,

neither the original DVD nor the blanked version (i did remove some copyright messages) shows this problem. When i open the Blanked folder in any software dvd player it gives me sound at the extras.
I'll try looking at it with IfoEdit (although i have no experience with it), maybe i'll find that the audio isnt linked to the video correctly anymore.

You might want to try a different sequence, as follows:

1) Rip
2) Use Rebuilder
3) make certain you have all audio
4) Remove the copyright messages
