Help Cannot Download KEY

I Tried to reinstall DVD-RB PRO 1.08.1 and for the frist time I received this message "No Connection could be established. Would you like Reg-RB to attempt a web download." After several try I keep getting this message. Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong as I have uninstall RB PRO from my system before I attempt to reinstall. I decided to do a clean install of AviSynth 2.56a. Thanks for any Help.
