All goes smoothly on this dvd (WWE: Divas Do New York - wrestling dvd) but when I click on Rebuild I get the following error:

I am using CCE 2.7 and in the filter editor I added TDeint(0,0) instead of using the outdated FieldDeinterlace().

It seems the .avs files and a few of the .m2v files are different by just a few frames and I can't figure out why.

yeah you are way behind on your version, upgrade to 1.08.1

Okay will do... but for the sake of just figuring out the problem or why DVD-RB gave me this error... has anyone else encountered this before? Or know why?

I notice you are losing lots of frames in the encode (look at your log)... that's what's causing it. The encoder might be crashing -- it's usually caused by an overclocked computer. The other option might be that your deinterlace filter is removing frames (decimate). You can't do that.

And by the way, there's only a small part of your log to be seen but it tells you about dropped frames which probably means your encoder crashed on these segments.
