I have on my HD about 150 short family movie clip files (mpeg) which when I click on the particular file displays information such as title, subject and comments about that file. This helps me when I search for a specific movie. As long as these files remain on my HD this infomation is available by just pointing the mouse to the file. I attempted to copy these files to a dvd and all were copied ok except the text information was not copied so reading the file from the DVD gives me no text info. How can I copy them to a dvd and retain the same format as on my HD ( ie) display title subject and comments.
Thanks
bilc

I know what causes it - the summary info is specially stored as an alternate stream in ntfs. Darned if I know how to recover it quickly an easily though. Stream Explorer (http://www.snapfiles.com/get/streamexplorer.html) might be able to do it, found that while googling around.
