please suggest me the best places Welcome to the forum. But please read and follow forum rules, specifically, rule 12: do not ask what's best.
Next time, ask for "recommended places". Better yet, edit your post to correct it so that it complies with our rules.
Thank you.

I'm not a videographer or camerman, so I won't recommend anything. I will, however, commend your enthusiam and apparent tenacity in pursuing your goal. But be patient, I'm sure you'll get some suggestions.

Choose some of the big cities in the east of Europe. They have some of the best and most varied architecture in the world, so you should be able to get some good shots. Failing that, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, heck even Monaco should all provide you with some varied scenery, working life and architecture.
Hope this helps.

What sort of camera-man do you want to be.
Electronic (ie: working in a TV studio) or Film/HD video (ie: working in the movie industry, advertising, TV production)?

Go for Paris.

Going to Paris? Well, not sure would be best. Bordeaux would be a wiser choice (less expensive=quality studies). Living in West European capitals can prove to be expensive, especially for non-westerners.
The Guild of TV cameramen:

For TV cameramen. website for pros.very recommended:
http://www.tvcameramen.com/
It also has a nice collection of links to external ressources, associations and societies, schools and training and location scouting.
I found it to be very useful when I (skillfully) part-timed in a local TV station. Hope it helps. Report if useful.

i would do a school, then join the adult industry in LA. many folks follow this route.(if it is not a problem for you)
after filming some chicks, move to a higher level...
if not LA, try budapest or prague.

If you want to to study film and camera at a renowned university like the Filmakademie Ludwigsburg in Germany you'll need to have experience before you apply or they won't even consider your application. Try to get an apprenticeship at a production company/tv station/film company where you can learn to use professional equipment. It doesn't matter where because this is only the beginning step. What also helps much is to learn photography. Film schools appreciate it very much if you have learned photography and worked as a photographer for a while.
Be prepared to work for no money as long as you get the chance to try out equipment and get to know experienced cameramen. Work your ass of and make short films. Spend all your time and your last savings on your short film projects. Then apply to film schools/universities and hope for success.
