Hi

I can use dvdshrink to extract the main film (including the mandarin audio) from the original DVD but I lose the english subtitles...

Can someone kindly suggest the tools/processes I need to

a) extract the main film
b) shrink it to fit on a DVD-5 (4.95Gb or whatever)
c) Force the english subtitles to display (if necessary, permanently without an on/off option)

Being a newbie, I find the wealth of terminology a bit confusing, but I am getting there....

I am using DVD Decipher and Auto Gordian Not to convert my DVDs to AVI for use with my Palm (TCPMP). How can I get subtitles using this software? I have been ripping the DVDs with subtitles but AGK does not recognize any of them to include them in my final AVI files.

By the way, I checked the forum and there are some related posts but not quite what I need to know. Thanks in advance for any support given.
