Neuros MPEG4 Recorder 2

I'm using Neuros MPEG4 Recorder 2 to make videoes for my PSP. If I'm ripping a movie that's over 1 hour & 59 minutes long, Neuros MPEG4 Recorder 2 stops recording after 1 hr. & 59 mins.& then restarts, making a second file. Are there any FREE programs out there that will enable me to connect the two files?

First, I thank you. Second, & not to sound like a smart ass, after 48 years, "rules" become part of the selective hearing / selective seeing syndrome. Not that they are intentionally ignored, just bypassed.

It wasn't my first search ever.
But, I am new to this site & not really sure what I needed, or was looking for. I know I needed some help....minus any criticism.
