So the goal is to stream a captured and re-encoded (to for example WM9) DVB-T stream over network. After doing some research I found out that VLC can do this, but only with limited card models and only in GNU/Linux. Does anyone know if there is a way of doing this under windows, with bda-drivers and perhaps with windows media encoder 9? Ideally to accomplish this only a DS-wrapper filter would be required that would tap into the DVB-stream and then 'fake it' to look like an analog capture source for the rest of the system.

Anyways, if anyone has any ideas how to accomplish this, please let me know.
