Hello! I've got a bunch of videos to convert to avi, in several formats (*.mpg, *.wmv, *.mov...) and I'd like to use a tool that would make it on its own, as easier as possible and with support for batch loads.

Well, I've used google/tucows and I've found a bunch, but if any of you use one of this, and (s)he thinks it's the best, just tell me about it.

Thanks in advance! :)

MKVmagic is pretty fully featured anything-to-anything converter, for free. Bit of a goofy interface but it all works. Before that I used "Total Video Converter" which works nicely for the most part, and is quite simple. Not free though.

I use AimOne Video Converter (not free) which can handle anything but Quicktime, and can convert to almost any format and does batch jobs.

Ok, thanks everybody for your replies. Much appreciated.

I'll test them, I think I'll use total video converter because it handles all type of files.

Cheers! :)
