A tool to split video by size

Hi everyone,

I haven't been doing much video editing anymore the past year or so, so I was wondering if anybody could help pointing me to a video tool that I can use to split video by size. For example, if I have a 700MB file that I want to split into 2 350MB files. I only know virtualdub but that's splitting by time/frame, not by size.

Also, I'm looking for something very simple, and preferably free :)

VirtualDubMod is still simple and free - when you're dragging the slider it displays the location by the file size, so you can set the split at 350 MB.
