I try review, what programs and packages include or use Avisynth.
I know about:
1) Gordian Knot, - Gordian Knot started out as a simple bitrate calculator for DivX encoding but has evolved to become an integrated package or tool for the entire process of DivX/XviD encoding.

2) DVDRebuilder

It's a integral component for StaxRip. Not bundled or packed as StaxRip downloads required applications.
Description: With StaxRip you can easily convert your DVD's, DVB or DV captures or almost any other source format. As a open source application StaxRip is completely free. (this description needs to be improved as it does not mention the target formats)
AviSynth support is rather rich and there is some documentation about AviSynth related features.
Link is in my signature. :)

What do you mean by "uses". I mean, every plugin "uses" Avisynth.
