i need to save a wvm stream on my hd
the problem is that che mms link is a particular one

For this, you can use Matchware Screencorder .

i managed to save the stream with kaffeine... (you'll need linux for that).

Use mplayer! Like this:

mplayer mms://mms1.xvideo.com/Anime/eb1.wmv?~4sS4MmQL~ -dumpstream -dumpfile eb1.wmv

(all in a single line)

you better use a newer build of mplayer.
look for celtic druids compiles or look here: http://oss.netfarm.it/mplayer-win32.php
