Help with DoitFast4U & NuMenu4u setup

Had some problems with my PC recently and have had to reinstall all the Big 3 apps.

I have set them up according to the latest of revision of the Big 3 guide but I can't find anywhere what 1 of the settings in DIF4U should be and 1 in NuMenu

DIF4U - Global options - Post Processing - there are 2 "Create Video TS" options . Should they be selected ?

Numenu - VIP Area - Asset Removal - VTS Area - there are 2 options. Should they be selected ?
