(xvid) inserting key frames every 10 secs or less?

Is there a setting in the codec to set the key frame every 10 secs? I think i might have missed it.

Look Keyframe interval, default is 300 (frames). Which for a 30fps stream would be 10s. For 25fps stream set it to 250.
