Where to find help on burning downloaded movies?

Hey everyone. I read the rule in the Newbie forum where we can't ask for help regarding downloaded movies, whether they were downloaded legally or not. I'm not sure if even this is allowed since the subject it concerns isn't allowed either. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a place that would provide help about it.

I should add that my roommate had a program that could pretty much "drag and drop" to burn DVDs without having to do anything else, but I forgot the name of the program.

I was stating that I wasn't sure if it is allowed to discuss where to get help on burning downloaded movies since the discussion of the act itself (downloading movies) is pretty much forbidden.

And I was suggesting (apparently too subtly) that, if it's inappropriate (and a violation of the rules of these forums) to discuss anything to do with downloaded movies, it would likewise be inappropriate (and a violation of the rules of these forums) to "discuss where to get help on burning downloaded movies"

Errr, just ask your questions with no mention as to the source. There's nothing in the rules that says you have to provide evidence of source, or says you can't ask how to convert avis, mpegs, etc (which are quite often a personal capture, for example). In giving this advice I assume you have downloaded from a legal source (archive.org or whatever).
