Looking for mono to stereo project files

I'm looking for files needed for the "mono to stereo Plogue Bidule project" files mentioned in this post : http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=498287#post498287 . They were uploaded to Needfulthings but are now apparently gone.

Can anybody upload them somewhere, please?

these groups are part of 'Layouts for Plogue Bidule' download situated at projects, the VST-plugins are part of the free VST-plugin package which is avaible after s.o. had reported an issue with the download (THX BTW that at least one fellow called attention on this ;) ) situated at tools
