I have a (legal) home-made DVD, and the VOBs with
ALL the content are there, one is with a different audio-track
(comments from the creator).

The menu shows all the entries, but skips over some of them
(one is the version with extra audio) and so I can't play/select them
with ANY DVD-player. I can only play one version of the movie.

I *do* know the content is there, because I once used
AutoGK to create different .avi files out of the VOBs
(with all the available audio-versions).

How do I re-create the menu so that ALL the versions
can be selected and played again? What's at fault here?
Is it just the IFO file?

(I did not author the DVD myself, so I have no idea what software was used.)

Use pgcEdit, and try to locate your content.
Once you find it, you have to modify the DVD navigation...
