hi, have recently made the move to media center 2005 (& Roll up2) for my main entertainment system, liking it very much so far. but i'm just wondering if its possible to add support for importing the .dvr-ms files into auto GK? i think its some kind of mpeg-2,but currently gk wont accept them..

would be a handy feature for myself and maybe the other green button pushers:)

GK and AutoGK seem to be out of development, you could try a Media Center that records a maybe better format like mpg, maybe MediaPortal or maybe DVB Viewer (I'm using this and recommend it). If you are willing to learn another encoding application you could check out my StaxRip, it can be configured to handle pretty much any format.

np, have found a tool that auto converts the dvr-ms to mpeg..

mpeg then opens no prob in autoGK..
