Elecard H.264 decoder and encoder, opinions please!

I just downloaded Elecard H.264 decoder and encoder from www.elecard.com What is the main differencies between their H.264 decoder and FFDSHOW one. Which is faster and give better quality picture?

The last Elecard's beta has excelent quality. Imho better than x264 by quality and fastness. There isn't defeneatly pskip problem as in x264 that produces blockness and the picture is more natural (more details). However it's close beta test.
