I am doing some sports encoding as well from DV.
1.) We are trying to read names on the backs of Jerseys from an sVideo ouput to a TV. My thinking is that deinterlacing might help with this even though the source is interlaced?
2.) If the output resolution from the Video card to the TV is 640x480 should I re-render the xvid output size to 640x480 or leave it at the native 720x480 resolution?
