There are many tutorials on how to deinterlace an interlaced source but almost nothing on going in the opposite direction that I have found. I have done a fair amount of Googling etc. but really have not come up with much except for recommendations for blurring the image etc. Does anyone know of avisynth (or virtualdub) resources about how to turn computer generated video (screencasts) with lots of 1 pixel horizontal lines etc. into video that's not so hard on the eyes?
