Howdy All,
I note GITS SAC 2nd Gig Vol1 R4 has some minor VTS issues.. On the transition between cell 12 and 13 (of the 3rd episode) I get frozen playback with some software players (powerdvd6 was fine, zoomplayer/ms dvd navigator/dscaler was not).
FIX VTS corrects the problem. There are no other abnormal protections on the disc.
