Help need in VobBlanker (replacing Cells)

I’m a newbie using VobBlanker, until now I was able to do everything I need with my re-authoring DVDs and I think that VobBlanker it’s a wonderful piece of software, but now I have a problem and need some help, if anyone can help me I appreciate.
I have an original DVD buy outside my country without my language subtitle, so I re-authoring the movie adding my custom subtitle track, and using VobBlanker to replace PGC as some many times before. The problem is that these particulars movies have a strange structure, so:
In my original IFO I have 3 PGC’s :
PGC01 (Main Movie) with 21 Cells (5 Blank Cells)
PGC02 with 1 Cell
PGC03 with 2 Cells
My re-authoring movie has 1 PGC with 16 Cells (Main Movie)
The problem is that in PGC01 the first 4 Cells and the Last one (number 21) are blank Cells (Layer Break Cells).
When I try to replace the PGC01 with my authored files (without blank cells), VobBlanker replace the first 4 Cells in the original PGC01 (the blank Cells), normal behaviour, give me a warning and shift the blank cells to the end.
In the end the movie starts well, but I have a problem with the chapters, since my first chapter becomes an 31 minute chapter !!!, and all chapters are mess up.
So I try to use the cell replace feature (first time), selecting only the 16 cells that needs to be replaced, choose replace and the program tell me that I have to choose a VOb file with the cells, should I choose the first VOB from my re-authored files? (that’s what I do) If so why in the end I have 10 VOB files !!!! (I have 4 in the original movie), is this the right way to use cells replace? Is cells replace feature the correct way of doing this?

To replace a cell you need to "isolate" the replacing cell in a VOB file. It can be done using VobBlanker on your newly authored single-PGC DVD.

But when replacing cells, VobBlanker assumes that the cells have been authored independently, so it changes the seamless flag to non-seamless. That means, you need to recover the original situation of seamless flags, easily doable with pgcEdit.

But, in your specific case, you have another (easier) two options:

A) Open in pgcEdit (last version) your newly authored DVD. Insert four blank cells at the beginning, and use the modified PGC (now with 20 cells) as the replacing PGC. Note I've never tried (not tested) it but I think it should work.

B) Remove the four blank cells of your original. Easily done with pgcEdit, but after removing the cells , you have to recover the chapters/programs structure, editing the chapter table with pgcEdit. This method will work only if the four tiny cells and the next one belong to the same chapter, but, IMHO, this is the preferred method.

I will give a try on option A)
If it works I will use the replace PGC feature instance of the replace cell.
One last thing,
The feature replace cell is only useful for replacing individual cells?
I can't replace a full pgc (even where they are similar)?
On other words, after adding the 3 blank cells if I create a vob for each cell I can use the replacing cell option?

You can replace a full pgc, replacing each cell with a different file (one cell per file). But remember the seamless-flags issue. (easy to fix with pgcEdit, BTW)

If you are going to use replace cell option, you do not need to add the 4 blank cells at the beginning... Just replace cell #5, #6 .....#20 with the 16 files created by VobBlanker after extracted the cells of your replacing PGC.
