Hey everyone. I got a question that I realize is quite generic, but I don't know what I could do to analyze my computer to find this (a log of some sort). This problem occured on a previous Windows installation, so I formatted... It was gone, but came back after SOMETHING, and unfortunately it's far too late to figure out what caused it (Happened in November).
You see, the problem is that both Adobe Audition and Adobe After Effects fail to get past their loading screens... There isn't even an error, the programs simply close right then and there. Why does this relate to Doom9? Well... At the same time, OggDropXP (and a related program LameDropXP) fail to work. Upon opening them, I get the standard Windows error report, so I'm thinking that their sudden failure is related...
Obviously this doesn't give much for anyone to work with, so is there anyway I can scan my computer for errors and post a log?... Relating to scanning, I suspect that these errors occur System Mechanic 6 cleaned my computer (which I think it did too thoroughly!)... I've deleted SM6, but I didn't think that would do anything if a file is missing. Any help?
