dts to aac

Might sound stupid but I wanted to know what do I need to transcode a .dts file to a .mp4 (aac) file.

I have winDVD paltinum already installed and the nero 6 dlls for aac (aac.dll and aacenc32.dll), so what's next?

I was looking for a solution using besweet, sorry if I didn't say so before.

besweet can't transcode dts anyway
